    Terms of Use & VOW Agreement

    Effective: May 8, 2026

    1. The VOW Agreement

    By registering, I enter into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd., Brokerage. I represent that I have a bona fide interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate. I agree that I am accessing this data (including TRREB/PropTx Sold Data) for my personal, non-commercial use only. I will not scrape, redistribute, or retransmit this data. I acknowledge TRREB's ownership and copyright of the MLS® VOW Data.

    2. Use of the Site

    ScarboroughCondos.com is a Virtual Office Website (VOW) operated by Bobby Alejandro, REALTOR® of RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd., Brokerage. Access to MLS® VOW Data — including sold prices, days on market, and historical sales — is restricted to registered consumers who have entered into a consumer-broker relationship with the Brokerage by completing registration and agreeing to these terms.

    3. Restrictions on Use

    • You will not copy, scrape, redistribute, retransmit, display, or republish any MLS® VOW Data.
    • You will not use the data for any commercial purpose, including without limitation creating derivative listings, valuation products, or competing services.
    • You will not share your account credentials with any other person.
    • You will not access the site through automated means (bots, crawlers, or scripts).

    4. TRREB / PropTx Ownership

    All MLS® data (including listing information and sold/leased records) is owned by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and licensed through PropTx. The Brokerage accesses this data under TRREB's VOW Policy. TRREB retains all copyright and database rights in the data.

    5. Audit & Compliance

    You acknowledge that TRREB and PropTx have the right to audit registered VOW users to verify compliance with the VOW Policy. By registering, you authorize the Brokerage to share your registration information with TRREB/PropTx for audit purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

    6. Termination

    The Brokerage may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these terms or the TRREB VOW Policy.

    7. Disclaimer

    MLS® VOW Data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The Brokerage does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract.
